All orders are shipped in discreet packaging for your privacy.
Some tools ship in multiple packages.
We work hard to have your order shipped out within 3 business days but sometimes we're swamped, so it could take up to 5 business days.
We will ship your order using the service that has the lowest cost to us.
Orders ship via USPS or via UPS.
USPS First Class orders take 3-5 business days to arrive.
USPS Parcel Select orders take 7-10 days to arrive.
USPS Priority orders take 2-3 business days to arrive.
International orders may take up to several weeks to arrive.
Contact us directly for special shipping inquiries such as expedited or international shipping options.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept exchanges.
We can only accept returns of tools that are completely new, unused, thoroughly clean, undamaged, & properly packaged.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
Replacement Policy
We are not responsible for damage caused to tools purchased by you unless caused by a manufacturing defect.
We will only replace tools that have been damaged as the direct result of a manufacturing error.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation and a refund. If your order has already shipped, we cannot offer you a refund except in instances in which your order may be lost or damaged in transit.
